These terms apply to the public On/Wall market-information website, optional local profiles and the access-controlled production interface. Using these features means accepting these terms.
Local profiles
A local profile is stored only in the visitor's browser and cannot be recovered from another device. It provides interface access only and does not create a financial or custody account.
Restricted access
The production environment is limited to authorized operators using password and Authenticator verification. Access does not create a bank, exchange, custody or financial-services account.
No financial service
On/Wall is not a bank, exchange, custodian, payment processor or blockchain wallet. It does not receive, hold, convert or transfer customer funds. Production completion states are staged records and are not evidence of payment.
No investment advice
Market prices and indicators are provided for general information. They should not be treated as investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
Market information
Public market data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and may differ from another provider. On/Wall does not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of third-party price information.
Acceptable use
Users must not present preview records, references or screen states as proof that a real payment or blockchain transaction occurred. The interface must not be used to mislead another person, impersonate a financial service or facilitate unlawful activity.
Availability and responsibility
The interface, local data and public feeds may change, pause or become unavailable. Users should not rely on On/Wall for financial decisions, account records, transaction evidence or permanent data storage.
